A new client recently expressed happy surprise with the many detailed questions we asked them during our discovery process for their new house design. They were excited by the questions we posed to encourage thoughtful dialogue about their project. They explained that a previous designer wanted just a list of room names and sizes, and that he wasn’t interested in reviewing or discussing their collection of ideas.
At One World Architecture, our first step toward a successful project is to have meaningful interviews with clients to understand their ideas, desires, and goals. One of our greatest rewards is seeing clients who are not only happy with our design, but are delighted by our attention to detail, and our ability to listen and develop highly customized design solutions and strategies.
